Pazzo’s does not require a room charge for use of the restaurant. All meals can be served as Individual Orders (with custom menus printed), Family Style or Buffet. A final confirmation of the anticipated number of guests is due 7 days before your event. This guarantee may not be reduced after this date. Any additional guests arriving the day of the event will be charged according to the contract. A $1,000.00 (not including tax or gratuity) minimum guarantee of is required to book an event on Sunday or other time the restaurant is not regularly open.
A 20.0% gratuity is added to food and beverage prices. 10.0% is the current city and state taxes applied to all food and beverage prices. Pazzo’s does not provide wedding cakes. There is a $25.00 charge per 50 guest cutting charge. At most locations parking is available at no charge. (Parking is available but not free at the 100 S. Wacker Drive location.)
Flowers, ice carvings, centerpieces, entertainment, chair covers and valet are all available at an additional charge. Your catering sales manager will be happy to provide you with details. A 25% deposit is required to hold a date. This may be refunded if canceled 1 month before the date or if anew event is booked on that date.
